Summary
This is a wood shake look alike shingle with a little bit of flair. The tabs are cut like many asphalt shingles trying to emulate traditional cedar shake roofing with two differences. One IKO likes to be a little WIDER tabs which is fine - really personal preference. Two, the bottom of the tabs has a slight wave or curve to them. I do not remember seeing this type of curve on any wood shakes I have seen but that doesn't take away from the "different" factor. With two different sized tabs and a good attention to the color granule placement on the overall shingles the visual appeal is a step up. 5 color choices and a high price may keep some away. One of the best priced asphalt shingle that trys to look like wood shakes on the market.
